Pricing & Billing
How do you calculate your lawn care pricing?
Our rates are based on your total lawn size, the complexity of your landscaping (like hills, fencing, and obstacles), and the specific services you select.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No, we do not lock you into annual contracts for regular maintenance. You can pause or adjust your weekly or bi-weekly service at any time with reasonable notice.
How and when do I pay for my services?
We offer hassle-free, paperless billing. Your card on file is securely billed automatically after each service is completed, and an electronic receipt is emailed to you.
How do I track my referral credits?
Simply ask your referral to mention your name or property address when they fill out our free estimate form. We will automatically apply the $25 credit to both of your accounts as soon as their first recurring service is completed.
Scheduling & Weather
What happens to my scheduled service when it rains?
If heavy rain or waterlogged soil prevents us from cutting safely without damaging your turf, we will pause operations. We typically shift our schedule back by one day to catch up as soon as the weather clears.
Will you still mow if it is just drizzling?
Yes, if the rain is light and the ground is firm enough to support our equipment safely without rutting, we will proceed with your scheduled service.
How will I know if my service day is changed due to weather?
We value clear communication. If severe weather forces us to adjust your service day, you will receive an automatic email or text update with your rescheduled time slot.
Can I switch between weekly and bi-weekly service during the year?
Yes, though we highly recommend weekly service during the peak spring and summer growing season to prevent overgrowth, you can adjust your frequency as the grass growth slows down.
